GCL Gas-Actuated Conduit Clamp Assembly
Product Details
The GCL is a preassembled MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) fastener designed to secure conduit to concrete. The versatile GCL assembly consists of a smooth-shank fastener attached to a cold-formed steel clamp. This conduit clamp is for high-volume applications and works with gas-actuated concrete nailer tools as well as with common powder-actuated tools for fastening into harder substrates (structural steel or extra-hard concrete) when required.
Key Features
- The minimum effective shank length must equal or exceed the sum of the thickness of the attached material and the minimum embedment depth
- Designed for use with Simpson Strong-Tie® G3 and GCN-MEPMAGKT gas-actuated concrete nailer tools and compatible with many other concrete nailers and PAT equipment
