F Panelized Construction Hanger
Product Details
As the first hanger type created by Simpson Strong-Tie, the F hanger has proven its dependability over the decades. The F is designed specifically for the panelized roof industry that uses jigs or similar devices for precision fabrication. This hanger accommodates double 2x6, 4x4 and 4x6 joist sizes. Because of its expedited installation, the F is a cost-effective top-flange hanger.

- Compression dimples, instead of joist nails, lock the joist in place, making installation faster
- Designed to allow panels to drop easily into place

Installation

- The diamond hole nail is non-structural and does not contribute to the load
